Carl is the most helpful and efficient pest control person I have met and wont use anyone else. He knows its distressing for people having to deal with this sort of thing and gets things sorted asap for you. He knows what he's doing more than most and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Environmentally friendly in that he uses dogs and ferrets rather than poison.
I found Carl to be very professional and he offered an excellent service that stopped the problem and advised on future protection from similar issues re-occurring.
Carl arrived, located the problem straight away, was always prompt and had many methods at his disposal. Always gave advice and even put up with me asking him about a hundred questions. Would recommend Pestbusters East Kent to my friends and family.
Carl was very polite, calm and informative. The dogs are a great way of knowing where the rats come in and where they go. Carl is a pleasure to deal with in not so great circumstances. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

Don't call anyone else - you have found your man. Carl is extremely personable, friendly and passionate about his job. I had used pest controllers previously who have only baited. Using his dogs, ferrets and various other methods, Carl identified our problems immediately which you would never have been able to do using bait alone. The nests of our large rat population were identified by the dogs in locations you would never have found. They were then dealt with in a humane way. Carl is very thorough and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use him again and definitely recommend.

We have had 2 different companies try to remove bed bugs and they couldn't/ Carl removed then 1st time. Highly recommended. Exceptional service.
