Carl was very courteous and knowledgeable. He dealt with my rat problem professionally and effectively.

Carl was highly recommended by two friends. I would definitely recommend him to others. Carl is very thorough, but he identified where the rats were entering the property, very quickly. I was then able to arrange to have those areas sealed off . He put down bait, and today, he collected a rat carcass. No more rats. He uses poison as a last resort, preferring natural methods of pest control ( he also works with ferrets, dogs and birds of prey): I have a cat, 🐈 so this wasn’t appropriate Carl is, very pleasant, professional and super-knowledgeable: now my go-to, pest control person.

Not only did Carl eradicate our surging and prolific flea infestation, he is the most conscientious and kind man you're likely to meet. He was on hand to calm me down during the 2 week treatment period (due to flea life cycle). Cannot recommend highly enough. Only wish I'd seen him first before spending £100 on useless insecticide from amazon. It transpired that It was he that helped my mum a few years ago with a mouse problem, and she feels the same way about him as I do. Kind, professional, passionate man. He will get your pest problem sorted.

I recently had the mole removal service carried out by Carl and I must say he did an excellent job of catching all 4 moles. I am very pleased to be rid of the moles who were making a mess of the lawn! I would highly recommend Carl at Pest Busters East Kent to others in need of mole removal.

The company was prompt in replying to my enquiry, professional and friendly,they explained exactly what they were going to do and advice on prevention as well as checking the loft to make sure there were no other nests. Their response was much appreciated considering house members suffer wasp allergies.

We contacted Gemma as we had seen flying insects around an upstairs dormer window. She came the next day and confirmed it was wasps. Thankfully, she was able to treat the nest without the need for ladders. While treating the nest, she spotted another nest nearer to ground level and treated that as well. We would recommend Gemma and would call her back should we discover any more nests later in the year.

Carl came out to help me when I was hearing scratching coming from the loft. He was round the following day after I called him. Straight away he put me at ease and explained the process to me so I knew exactly what he was doing. Carl was very professional and friendly throughout the process. He even went to my neighbours house as he had figured out the problem was coming from there. He carried out work in both houses and got to the bottom of the problem. I cannot thank Carl enough for everything he has done. I will definitely recommend him to anyone with a pest problem! Thank you so much.

Though he was very busy, Carl came out to my property so quickly. We had a rat issue, but with the help of Carl and his dogs this was soon sorted. Carl was also great with advice for preventing further issues, along with being a genuinely kind, courteous and funny person, we were so pleased we used his services!

Carl was very responsive and despite being incredibly busy, he managed to fit me in. He was very friendly and offered a variety of services that he could offer. He fitted a one way valve in the pipes, used his dog and bait to identify where the rats were coming into the house and used a treatment on the loft to kill the cluster flies. At no point did we feel Carol was just trying to make money off us, and he provided us with options which we decided on. We were very happy with Carl and will definitely use him again if the problem returns, but hopefully that will be the end of it.
