Carl came to our rescue, at short notice and fitting us in after an already full and very hot days work. He dealt with the wasps nest quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased and relieved. Will definitely call on him again for any further pest problems.

As I needed to ensure the safety of some men relaying roof slates I engaged Carl to clear bees which had established themselves in our chimney. He was prepared to work on a Public Holiday to get the job finished before the men started, though this became unnecessary. He was really interested in his work generally and bees in particular and was keen to talk about them. He explained how he would deal with the problem and why. He gave a very fair price and tidied up thoroughly. He made a follow up call to check the bees had gone. I had confidence in his skill and thoroughly recommend him.

After having my cat bring in a couple of rats, I asked Carl to come and take a look to make sure there wasn't a nest anywhere nearby. Carl arranged to come very quickly and arrived on time. He was very professional and friendly and spoke to me about how he checked for rats and nests. He used his trained dog to search and the dog was so well behaved! He explained the process to me and kept an eye on the dog all the time. Fortunately there weren't any nests but it was wonderful just to have my mind put at ease. I would highly recommend Carl as he is clearly an expert and knows what he is doing.

Carl is very knowledgeable and was able to reassure me that the problem with the rats would be sorted out. He brings in his terrier dogs to identify any nests which is a real bonus. He also spends as long as it takes to sort the problem out, which is not the case with bigger companies. Really pleased with his work so far and would recommend him 100%. He should be your first port of call if you have a pest problems.

Found Carl using Checkatrade after contacting well know Pest Control companies however I found them very unhelpful. From the first moment that I spoke to Carl on the phone he put me at ease as I was very upset about having rats in my loft. Carl was so helpful and didn’t mind all the questions and concerns I had. Took three visits to ensure that the situation was under control, each visit Carl done everything he said he would do and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer man to help us out with the rats. If you are looking for a pest control, Carl is the man you need.

The work was carried out to a very high standard. He even took note of our dogs dietary requirements and gave us advice on the products he was using and how it could affect the dog and precautions. This was not an issue though. He also very informative about the procedure due to us having a baby in the house. Would really recommend Carl. Lovely person and very professional.
