Carl is friendly and informative, he solved our rat problem with poison bait and was always available for advice over the phone or by text. I would recommend using his company if you have any pest problems.

Carl came with 2 lovely dogs, who found the area where rat droppings were found. Put bait down and returned 2 weeks later. Thorough service.

Came out to an emergency on Easter Sunday. Cannot ask for more than that! Would use again.

Note that the work was conducted over a number of weeks with three visits of about an hour only. These entailed a thorough check of all areas in the house, garden and outbuildings, including use of Jack the terrier! Carl was very thorough, professional and pleasant to welcome into our home. His return checks were to ensure that all the rodents were dealt with and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to deal with any level of pest eradication.

Karl told us he would sort the problem for us and he kept his promise. I am so pleased that I found him.

We had a Rat problem in our house, under the floor boards and in our walls. We have young children and a bay and was very concerned. Carl came round and reassured us that everything was ok and that he would get ride of the rats. He re-assured us that the family was safe and confirmed the works required. After four days there was no noise of rats. Carl used his dog to locate the rats and undertook the best method to get rid of them. He has been fantastic from start to finish.

Carl was extremely reliable. His work was exemplary especially when working with his two dogs. Also his solution to the problem appears to be working. We have scheduled a further visit to see if any more treatment has to be done.
