Gemma was so lovely and knowledgeable when she attended. She reassured me, and made me feel at ease. Letting someone I don't know into my home gives me anxiety but she was so brilliant that it made it easy going. So impressed and thankful.

Gemma was fantastic in solving our issue with mice in our loft. Pestbusters are a great company and Gemma is really polite and friendly and thankfully our mice were gone after two visits. Really happy with the service received.

Carl was amazing. This problem has plagued me for years, other pest controllers just laying bait and the problem returning. Carl with his wonderful dog jack, located where my rats were and then he set about finding where they were coming in from rather than just putting poison down. It took a few visits but eventually, with his persistence, he found the problem which was then dealt with and followed up by eradicating the rats in my house, finally after years with this problem I am rat free. I can’t thank him enough.

Well what a wonderful man to meet Carl is ! He worked @ our home for the day dealing with a rabbit problem we had ! Polite and hard working and very friendly. His dogs and ferrets are just some of the most amazing assets to him and are so well trained. I’m total Carl and wonderful animals retrieved a total of 35 rabbits to keep us all under control ! We will certainly be using Carl and his furry friends again to keep on to of the rabbits and also moles and rats also ! Thank you and if anything it was a real pleasure to meet you and have you around for the day ! We are 100% happy with the work

Carl and his dog were very friendly and thougher , gave a qhick and efficient check of my campervan.. very enjoyable to watch the dog finding potential mice with his little nose and legs going ... thank you very much well needed peace of mind
